Biography

I was introduced to sports at an early age, and that exposure sparked a fierce competitiveness in me that has driven me ever since. In high school, I focused on fast-pitch softball and swimming, excelling in both. My passion for softball extended beyond high school, leading me to continue playing at the collegiate level and for the Puerto Rican Olympic National team.

My love for athletics and my desire to help others reach their full potential led me to coach a variety of sports, including softball, baseball, soccer, wrestling, and gymnastics, working with both adults and children. An avid outdoor enthusiast, I regularly participate in mud runs, 5Ks, 10Ks, and marathons, and have had the privilege of directing several 5K races.

After a decade of competitive racing, I felt it was time to challenge myself in a new way. In the fall of 2015, I discovered CrossFit and decided to trade in my running shoes for lifters. This new passion, combined with the immense joy I find in helping others achieve their true potential, inspired me to become a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer. I am always eager to support others on their fitness journey and help them pursue a healthy, active lifestyle
